Position: Of Counsel / Senior Associate – Intellectual Property (Remote) Overview We are a high-impact IP boutique serving a growing roster of U.S. and international clients. Our practice focuses on strategic trademark and copyright enforcement, rights management, and prosecution, with selective litigation support. We operate as a lean, sophisticated firm built for experienced attorneys who want autonomy, efficiency, and meaningful client relationships—without the bureaucracy of traditional law firms. The Opportunity This is an opportunity for an Of Counsel or Senior Associate to step into a senior role with real ownership and influence in a fully remote environment. You will work closely with the firm’s principal to manage and grow a sophisticated IP practice while maintaining your existing client relationships. We are specifically seeking an attorney with an established book of business of approximately $100,000, who is looking for a stable platform, strong operational support, and room to grow. This role is ideal for someone who values high-quality work, direct client engagement, and a collaborative environment where contributions are recognized and rewarded. Responsibilities • Client Representation & Practice Growth: Handle a significant portion of the firm’s principals’ active matters while supporting and expanding the firm’s broader IP practice. • Trademark & Copyright Prosecution: Manage U.S. trademark filings, maintenance, and USPTO Office Actions; advise clients on brand protection strategies. • IP Enforcement & Brand Protection: Oversee online enforcement efforts, including infringement analysis, DMCA takedowns, and cease-and-desist strategies. • Strategic Counseling: Provide practical, business-minded legal guidance to clients on IP risk, enforcement, and portfolio management. • Collaboration: Work closely with firm leadership on complex matters and contribute to practice development, systems, and best practices.
