Social Media Content Creator

We’re building Leadsterra, a growth-focused company creating tools that help people connect with opportunities faster and smarter. Our first product, Jobson, is a mobile-first platform designed to simplify the job application process and help users land opportunities with less friction. Now, we’re looking for a full-time Content Creator to help shape the voice, culture, and growth of both Leadsterra and Jobson. This is not a freelance or side-gig role. You’ll be a core part of the team — with real ownership and impact. What You’ll Do • Create engaging, original content for Jobson’s app and social platforms • Turn job-hunt struggles, wins, memes, and real stories into high-retention content • Experiment with formats: short-form videos, carousels, screenshots, in-app content, and memes • Help define the Jobson brand personality (bold, relatable, human) • Work closely with the founders to align content with product launches and growth goals What We’re Looking For • You understand internet culture and know what performs • You can explain things simply, clearly, and creatively • You’re consistent, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely • You care about building something long-term — not just chasing likes Role Details Role: Full-Time Content Creator Company: Leadsterra Product: Jobson Work: 100% Remote Goal: Create content that drives engagement, retention, and growth for our mobile app Rewards • Work directly with the founding team • Freedom to experiment, fail fast, and ship fast Who Should Apply If you: • Love creating content • Want to help build a brand from the ground up • Care about impact more than vanity metrics • Want ownership, not just a paycheck Then we want to talk.
