As a Product Principal at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. You'll work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to drive business value, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Product Principal at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivery and Execution (10%):** Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope and alignment. Review recommended solutions and work with product teams to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
* **Strategy and Planning (60%):** Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
* **Team and Stakeholder (30%):** Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be eighteen years of age or older.
+ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ 2+ years of previous leadership experience.

+ The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $125,000 - $250,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
