**Job Description:**
**Overview:**
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app. You will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our app.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers in placing online orders
* Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process payments securely and efficiently
* Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by providing exceptional customer service
* Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain high service quality
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
**Key Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a call center background an advantage but not mandatory
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a calm and professional manner
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
