As a Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience, you'll be part of a talented team that's shaping the future of retail and customer engagement. **Position Purpose** As a Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll lead cross-functional product teams, guide product development, and ensure alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. Your expertise in product management, customer experience, and innovation will be instrumental in shaping the future of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategy & Planning (40%):** + Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver quality products. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create alignment between products and provide a seamless user experience. + Analyze financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within the portfolio. + Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value and make recommendations for strategic plans. * **Delivery & Execution (30%):** + Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams. + Document, review, and validate products to meet quality and change control standards. + Resolve issues within or across product teams that may impair delivery of a quality product. + Provide guidance on design of products while balancing dependencies and integration with other products. * **People (30%):** + Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers. + Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class Product Management Team. + Foster collaboration with team members to drive value, identify, and resolve impediments. **Essential Qualifications** * 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment. * Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies. * Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels. * Experience in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, conducting user research and testing, and identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value. * Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding more junior team members. **Preferred Qualifications** * 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, fluid environment. * Proficiency in creating and managing cross-functional teams, with experience in driving operational excellence and creating internal customer satisfaction. * Experience in managing and growing team members, with a focus on talent development and retention. * Strong understanding of customer needs, with experience in conducting competitive research and analysis. **Competencies** * Attracts Top Talent: Attracting and selecting the best talent to meet current and future business needs. * Balances Stakeholders: Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders. * Builds Effective Teams: Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals. * Business Insight: Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals. * Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. * Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. * Cultivates Innovation: Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful. * Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. * Develops Talent: Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals. * Drives Engagement: Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. * Interpersonal Savvy: Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people. * Manages Complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. * Organizational Savvy: Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics. * Situational Adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $240,000, depending on location and experience.
