Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will need to be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to work autonomously and self-directed. Your excellent written English skills will be essential in proofreading and quality controlling SEO blogs written by our team, as well as communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Communicate directly with clients through our project management system
• Perform tasks and coordinate the tasks of others to ensure project deliverables are met
• Proofread and quality control SEO blogs written by our team
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Work autonomously and self-directed, with the ability to ask for help when needed
• Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and other duties as required
• Utilize graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms to create visual content
• Coordinate and manage tasks related to video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research

Essential Requirements

• Based in the Philippines
• Excellent written English skills
• Facebook Ads experience, or willingness to learn and be trained
• Google Ads experience, or willingness to learn and be trained (Google Certification is a plus)
• Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help
• Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
• Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
