Acquisition Manager (Real Estate)

What You’ll Do:
• Be the face of TOP Buyers — building relationships with off-market sellers and negotiating win-win deals.
• Own every seller interaction, aiming to create real, positive outcomes.
• Manage a strong pipeline with consistent follow-up to keep deals moving forward.
• Build trust, handle objections, and confidently close over the phone.
• Keep detailed notes in our CRM so your pipeline is always dialed in.
• Follow a proven sales process and continuously sharpen your skills through daily training.
• Show up every day ready to grow, contribute, and get better.
What You Bring:
• 1+ year experience in real estate acquisitions or B2C sales
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or real estate (preferred, not required)
• Passion for selling and winning — this isn’t just a job, it’s a craft
• Top-tier phone skills and communication — you can book and close appointments with ease
• Coachable, accountable, and self-motivated
Compensation:
Uncapped commission. Top performers are earning $100K+ with ease.
Notes:
We work out of the eastern timezone. We will have a meeting daily first thing in the morning.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
