• Consult and advise prospective students on suitable English courses based on their goals (communication, academic, career development).
• Follow up leads via Facebook, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
• Manage the full enrollment process: consultation → course recommendation → registration → payment coordination.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Update CRM systems and report sales performance regularly.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
