You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, mentoring the team while building scalable systems that drive measurable results.### • * Key Responsibilities • *** Leadership & Team Development • ** Lead the fulfillment teams, ensuring accountability and alignment with company goals. • Assure assertive and collaborative communication with the Client Success Team. • Coach and mentor team members to foster growth, autonomy, and excellence in performance. • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees and contractors. • Maintain a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. • * Operations Management • ** Oversee daily service delivery across SEO, PPC, content, design, and web development teams. • Forecast capacity needs and allocate resources effectively. • Develop, document, and continuously improve repeatable systems and processes. • Ensure operational efficiency through the proper use of mainly Click Up and Slack. • * Project & Process Oversight • ** Monitor key initiatives and long-term projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Anticipate roadblocks and resolve challenges proactively. • Track and measure performance using KPIs, sharing progress with the CEO and the leadership team. • * Strategic Alignment • ** Partner with the CEO to implement annual and quarterly business plans. • Align team execution with company mission, vision, and core values. • Provide insights and recommendations for scaling operations and improving profitability.### • * Requirements • ** 4+ years of leadership experience in operations, project management, or agency management. • Strong organizational and process-driven mindset with proven ability to scale teams. • Excellent people leadership, communication, and coaching skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (Click Up preferred). • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms. • Growth-oriented and motivated by continuous improvement. • * Bonus Skills: • ** Prior experience in a marketing agency environment. • Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, website design, etc.). • Business or operations-related degree.### • * Compensation & Benefits • ** Salary based on experience + growth-based increases. • Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote position. • 2 weeks paid vacation + sick leave. • Flexible working hours with overlap during Central Time business hours. • Professional development, mentorship from CEO and advisors. • Unlimited career growth potential as the company scales. • * Work Culture: • * This position comes with a lot of ownership and accountability, mixed with the support of our operations team and other specialists.
