Lead Generation Specialist – Clinical Trial Patient Reimbursement (US & Europe)
Job Description:
We are a healthcare services provider supporting international clinical trials with patient reimbursement and patient logistics solutions across multiple countries.
We are looking for a freelance business development / lead generation specialist to help us grow in the US and European sponsor/CRO market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research biotech sponsors, pharma companies, and CROs running international trials
• Identify the right contacts (Clinical Operations, Study Managers, Patient Engagement, Vendor Managers)
• Build qualified lead lists (LinkedIn + email when available)
• Support outreach campaigns (LinkedIn/email templates provided)
• Book introductory meetings with decision-makers
• Maintain an organized pipeline (CRM or spreadsheet)
Ideal Profile:
• Experience in clinical research, CRO services, or healthcare B2B lead generation
• Strong knowledge of the clinical trial ecosystem
• Excellent English writing skills (French is a plus)
• Structured, reliable, and performance-oriented
Expected Deliverables:
• 25–40 qualified leads per week
• Outreach messages sent weekly
• 2–5 meetings booked per month
Project Start:
Paid trial (5–10 hours) → ongoing monthly collaboration if successful.
