Key Requirements
Proven experience in creating SEO strategies and managing the execution of those strategies is required – you should be highly proficient in developing roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, tracking progress, and delivering measurable organic growth
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results
Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
Proficiency with SEO tools
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and data analysis
Experience with website audits, site architecture, and crawlability issues
Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and how they impact SEO
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Understanding of link building strategies and outreach
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development team
Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
Analyze competitor strategies and identify gaps
Build and execute link building campaigns
Stay current on algorithm updates and industry trends
Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
College Degree Preferred or equivalent job experience
Working Conditions
Full-time position and remote work position. Must have home office in place.
Must be 18 years of age or older and comfortable with Adult Content

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience)
