Seasonal Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor)

Job Details:
Schedule: This position is hybrid and is required to be in office two days per week
Terms: This position is a contract position. The contract will run from March 1 to Sept 30. There will be no opportunity to extend or convert.
Responsibilities
• Partner closely with Recruiters to assist candidates throughout their pre-employment screening and onboarding process
• Draft offer letters and send for approval, compiling all the necessary details
• Order Pre-Employment Screenings and verify compliance with company guidelines
• Troubleshoot background and drug screen issues to ensure timely turnaround
• Complete hire forms to initiate employee record in HRIS
• Assist Candidates with Day One activities, such as, completing I-9's and onboarding forms; as well as hosting Orientations
• Use proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
• Provide suggestions to Talent Acquisition Leadership to improve candidate experience
• Act as a backup to the other Talent Acquisition Coordinators
• Monitor candidate flow through Hirevue, interview completion rates and hiring timelines to ensure an efficient process
Requirements
• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience required
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in Human Resources and/or managing background and drug screen processes preferred
