Position Summary As our Content & Community Manager for Rebecca Campbell's brand, you'll lead the stewardship of two membership communities: The Sanctuary and The Inner Temple Mystery School. This role blends community engagement, digital content production, and virtual event coordination. You'll collaborate closely with Rebecca to craft spiritually resonant content and manage the full lifecycle of membership experiences—from content creation to live session facilitation and member support. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape transformative digital experiences and foster connection within thriving membership communities. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Responsibilities and Expertise • Own day-to-day community leadership for Rebecca Campbell’s memberships, including moderating private Facebook Groups and upholding member culture. • Lead content planning with Rebecca, including scripting meditations and lessons, coordinating light audio/video production, and overseeing monthly asset delivery. • Plan and manage monthly sacred circle Zoom events, including calendar creation, email sequences, and replay distribution. • Facilitate live virtual sessions, manage chat/moderation, and energetically hold the sacred space. • Maintain the membership platform with updated schedules, guides, videos, and content. • Create member engagement plans, including onboarding, peer interaction, and retention strategies.Write, build, and schedule all member communications, including editorial emails and content announcements. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities • Exceptional writer and storyteller with a compassionate, spiritually attuned voice. • Experience producing online courses or memberships, including meditations and curriculum. • Strong content and editorial planning across multiple platforms and time zones. • Familiarity with light audio/video production; able to collaborate with editors. • Skilled in creating visually aligned assets using Canva and Adobe tools. • Deep understanding of Facebook Group admin tools, Zoom facilitation, and Kajabi or similar membership platforms. • Project management skills with clear communication and a detail-oriented mindset. • Skilled at facilitating group environments with emotional maturity, clear boundaries, and an awareness of group sentiment while remaining grounded and compassionate—holding a respectful, aligned space rather than attempting to resolve or direct others. • Ability to appropriately escalate or refer needs that fall outside the role using established pathways.Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to support ideation and content flow, while maintaining brand voice. Education and/or Experience • 3–5 years in digital content creation/production (e-learning, wellness, publishing, or community-based programs). • 2+ years managing online communities and live virtual events. • Experience scripting meditations or spiritual content strongly preferred. • Background in Kajabi or similar platforms preferred. • Strong alignment with Rebecca Campbell’s work and teachings preferred. • Portfolio link required with at least two relevant work samples.Theoretical knowledge typically achieved through a related four-year college experience, such as a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
