Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant

This is a remote position. We are seeking a seasonedOracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultantwith deep expertise inFinancials, Procurement, or PPMmodules. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support activities to help clients optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Leadrequirement gathering, configuration, and testingfor Oracle Cloud ERP modules. • Configure and support modules such asGL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, and PPM. • Requirement Analysis:Conduct deep-dive workshops to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from Finance stakeholders. • Solution Design & Configuration:Translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs) and perform hands-on system configuration. • Process Optimization:Advise clients on best practices to standardize and optimize core financial processes (R2R, O2C, P2P). • Integration:Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations between the Finance system and other enterprise applications. • ​Testing & Support:Lead unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT); provide Tier 3 functional support post-go-live. Requirements • Experience: 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or dedicated Finance Functional Consulting. • System Expertise: 3+ years of full-cycle implementation experience with a major ERP Finance module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, D365). • Hands-on expertise in Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and at least one additional area (Procurement or PPM). • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and period close activities. • Experience in FBDI/ADFdi, workflow setups, and cross-module integrations. • Working knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI. • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
