Seeking Real Estate VA - Experienced with FUB, and CRM, Spanish and English Speaking!
We’re hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant with U.S. real estate experience and strong knowledge of Follow Up Boss. This role will support our real estate operations by managing CRM tasks, sending homes and listings to clients, scheduling appointments, handling follow-ups, and assisting with daily administrative needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicates professionally in both languages, and is looking for a long-term role with opportunities for growth as our business expands.
