Remote Supply Chain Head

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain & Logistics - REMOTE. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end execution of our supply chain, ensuring that products are manufactured, stored, and delivered reliably while maintaining quality and optimizing costs. Your expertise will directly contribute to the scalability and resilience of the supply chain, driving growth and maintaining key performance metrics across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product feasibility and launch planning, all while upholding the highest standards of supply chain management. Accountabilities • Own relationships with CMOs/manufacturers both domestically and internationally. • Manage production planning, batch scheduling, and purchase order execution. • Ensure manufacturing partners meet quality, compliance, and performance standards. • Lead onboarding and qualification of new manufacturers as needed. • Implement dual-sourcing for critical inputs and maintain pre-qualified secondary suppliers. • Develop and execute strategies for COGS management and cost reduction. • Forecast demand and set inventory targets by SKU. • Optimize warehousing, shipping, and customer delivery performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and commercial teams. Requirements • 7–12+ years in supplements or functional consumer packaged goods (CPG). • Experience in owning supply chain operations at a scaling brand. • Strong operator with solid commercial judgment. • Ability to build structure without hindering growth. • Deep experience with CMOs, ingredient sources, and supply chain efficiencies. • Expertise in inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment economics. • Proven ability in managing MOQs and lead-time effectively.
