[Remote] Healthcare PACS Technical Program Manager (Change Management)

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Healthcare PACS Technical Program Manager with strong Change Management experience to lead and coordinate PACS-related initiatives across clinical, IT, and vendor teams. This role focuses on program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adoption management for PACS programs involving Change Healthcare products. Responsibilities • Manage and drive PACS programs and initiatives including upgrades, migrations, and workflow changes • Lead change management activities to support clinical adoption and minimize disruption to radiology operations • Serve as the primary coordination point between radiology, IT, vendors, and leadership • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting • Coordinate PACS integrations with EHR/EMR, VNA, and imaging modalities from a program perspective • Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive communications • Ensure PACS initiatives align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements • Support go-live readiness, training coordination, and post-implementation stabilization Skills • 7+ years of experience in Healthcare IT • 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager / Project Manager role • Strong exposure to PACS environments (functional or technical) • Experience working with Change Healthcare PACS products in a delivery or coordination capacity • Demonstrated Change Management experience (clinical workflows, stakeholder adoption) • Solid understanding of DICOM, HL7, IHE, and radiology workflows (conceptual level is sufficient) • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Change Management certification (Prosci / ADKAR) • Experience supporting Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR integrations • Prior background as a PACS analyst, coordinator, or imaging IT lead • Experience in large hospital or health system environments Company Overview • Lorven Technologies, Inc. is a highly recognized provider of professional technology consultancy in the US.
