<br><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The Account Executive – Cross Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. This role focuses on understanding client needs, and presenting complementary products or services to maximize account value. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in consultative sales.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to align solutions with client needs.</span></li><li><span>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.</span></li><li><span>Meet and exceed revenue and cross-sell targets on a consistent basis.</span></li><li><span>Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.</span></li><li><span>Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.</span></li><li><span>Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.</span></li><li><span>Travel to client sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</span></li><li><span>Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.</span></li><li><span>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.</span></li><li><span>Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Experience in cross-industry or multi-product sales.</span></li><li><span>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and client data.</span></li><li><span>Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.</span></li><li><span>Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.</span></li><li><span>Opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team.</span></li><li><span>Professional development and growth opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Comprehensive benefits package.</span></li></ul>
