Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive results for our clients
  • Develop and implement Facebook Ads strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives
  • Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring that their needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standard
  • Coordinate the tasks of others, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting
  • Provide administrative support to our CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
  • Develop and maintain reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct SEO blog proofreading and editing to ensure that our content is of the highest quality
  • Provide customer support and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential requirements:

  • Based in the Philippines
  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign setup and optimization
  • Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup and optimization (Google certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
  • Graphic design skills, including experience with Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience with project management tools, including Basecamp and Hubstaff
  • Google certification in Google Ads
