Join Our Team as a Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Agent to join our 100% remote Contact Center team. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they receive the assistance they need to navigate their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex's standard operating procedures, training guidelines, and HIPAA regulations
  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to our members, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the healthcare industry

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Dedicated, secure, and high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber) for remote work
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as needed
  • Dedicated home workspace that is private, quiet, and free from distractions, with a physically secure door

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
  • Remote work experience and a suitable home office setup
  • Strong PC skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional demeanor and empathy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
