Our team is passionate about using data to inform our content strategy and drive business growth. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in analyzing large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will help us optimize our content distribution and marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions * Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content launch and episode release process * Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on machine learning and data visualization * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python * Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems * Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) * Knowledge of media and entertainment industry trends and best practices **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $22/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst with a passion for media and entertainment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
