Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities. You will also be expected to analyze complex issues, test and validate new technology enhancements, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process corporate activity activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze complex/escalated issues and provide solutions to management
- Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider changes
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and business partners via email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Collaborate with retail and institutional service teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Embodies arenaflex's values and principles in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners
Duties Analysis
As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests, client/advisor amount exceptions, regulatory commitments, and reconciliations of business, dividend, and transactions breaks. You will also be expected to provide analysis and corrections of tax coding issues and respond to business partner inquiries regarding fund information requirements/eligibility.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including internal/external system improvements or issues, root cause of breaks between arenaflex, fund companies, and other external partners. You will also be responsible for providing method or technology solution alternatives to management and remediating transfer issues with fund companies or counterparties.
