As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through data analysis, investigation, and interpretation. You will be responsible for providing key insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement across various product and development areas. This is a part-time remote position, offering 25 hours of work per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $25. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble and present complex data analyses, visualizations, and reporting to support business decisions and drive growth * Answer business questions and provide expert knowledge on various product streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance the customer experience and increase conversions * Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights and products * Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data * Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization * Experience in delivering end-to-end analysis projects, from unclear requirements to a compelling story, open to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners * Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner **Good to Have** * Master's degree in a quantitative field * Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.) * Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces * Ability to identify and escalate issues to management * Counseling or MBA background, or other multi-industry experience * Strong written and oral communication skills * Humor and a willingness to learn and adapt * Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact how you interact with others and approach your work **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25 * Part-time remote position, offering 25 hours of work per week * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data analyst looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our website.
