As a key member of our Informatics department, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet the needs of our internal clients and stakeholders. If you have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and software development, and are eager to learn and grow with our organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including: * Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs * Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients * Designing and developing packages for internal clients * Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions * Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and software development * Strong background in Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications * Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) * Development programming languages, including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript * Database knowledge, including Transact SQL, MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle * Development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience **Required Education** To be considered for this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
