**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer service calls, resolving complex issues and delivering personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services
* Use creative problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns, navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
* Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services, resolving issues and delivering exceptional service

* Call center or customer service experience
* Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
