As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. **Day in the Life** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting the front-end pharmacy technician team and assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks. Your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** Our Omnicare pharmacies are not open to the public, but you'll work amongst great colleagues in a supportive environment that's aligned with our company's mission.
