**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborating with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating concerns to senior team members when required
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
* Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to company policies and procedures

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
