**Experienced Customer Experience Advocate – Hybrid Role in Arenaflex's Denver Office**

**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be the face of Arenaflex, interacting with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. Your primary goal will be to empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in our platform. You'll collaborate with internal technical teams, engage users throughout the bug life cycle, and serve as a liaison between customers and the rest of the Arenaflex team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers across multiple channels, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and enhance their experience
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless customer support
* Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features and benefits of our platform and developer toolkit
* Create internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base and improve customer support
* Advise customers on new features and functionalities, ensuring they're aware of the latest developments and opportunities
* Participate in the development of our product roadmap, providing valuable insights and feedback from customers
**Requirements:**
* Experience providing customer or technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment
* Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
* Positive attitude, empathy, coachability, and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Arenaflex's plans and in accordance with Arenaflex's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
