**Job Overview:**
Our client is a full-service self-storage company dealing in day-to-day operations of the self-storage industry. We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our client's team, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time sales/management position. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering income calls from customers, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Call customers with outstanding balances to collect payments and resolve any issues
* Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Initiate the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees
* Implement a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and increase revenue
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention
**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:**
* Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task with several windows open on your computer at one time
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment
