With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be empowered to deliver impactful work on a global scale. **Your Role at arenaflex** As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support via live chat and tickets. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, apply problem-solving skills, and show our customers what customer obsession is really about.
