We're a human-led, tech-empowered organization that's committed to making a positive impact on our customers, employees, and communities. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a desire to make a positive impact on our customers and employees * A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work closely with our international-class software and platform teams * Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * A strong commitment to innovation, security, and customer satisfaction **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, employees, and stakeholders.
