About the Role: Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist – Remote
We are seeking professional and skilled candidates to work in a remote environment, who can excel both individually and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess the top four qualifications: reliability, a positive attitude, excellent listening skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way.
- Focusing on customer retention, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
- Providing customers with information about arenaflex's service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers are directed to the right person or department.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and resolution as needed.
- Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in our CRM system to ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately.
- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
