Job Summary
The Customer Service Advocate role is a critical part of our member and provider support team, responsible for resolving routine inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and personalized manner. As the frontline resolution advocate, you will leverage various communication channels to provide high-quality support and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Assess and research routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns to determine causes and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated by resolving issues in the initial contact
- Provide support on various member and provider issues to ensure high-quality service and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics and continuously strive for improvement
- Provide customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, via live chats, and emails, and document all interactions for quality and performance tracking
- Remain up-to-date on quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and consistency in all interactions
- Provide expertise in resolving multiple inquiries, requests, and concerns across all areas of responsibility and collaborate with other teams as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements and Qualifications

- A High School diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field
