**Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America**

We're a community that values relationships, innovation, and collaboration, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **The Role** As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in starting authentic conversations with potential customers on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, a Business Coach, and work closely with our client success team to achieve this goal. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Starting new conversations with potential customers (2 hours) * Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours) * Organic account growth and management (2 hours) * Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes) * Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes) **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * A stable income in $USD * A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil **Preferred Qualifications** While experience in sales/customer service roles is a must, we're looking for individuals who are: * Proactive and driven * Confident in their English skills * Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges * Passionate about sales and customer service * Experienced in working from home and managing their time effectively **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our team members and providing opportunities for growth and development.
