**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Experience**: Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
* **Operations**: Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
* **Pharmacy Support**: Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow. Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensure information is entered correctly, and fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs.
* **Inventory Management**: Assist and support Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals.
* **Customer Service**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
* **Store Maintenance**: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Training & Personal Development**: Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquire continuing education credits.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
* **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Experience in customer service and inventory management preferred.
* **Certifications**: PTCB certification required. State required certification/registration preferred.
* **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
