Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to inbound customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. * Identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. * Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and ensuring accurate records in internal systems. * Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating internal systems to meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets. **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally. * A sales-focused mindset, with a proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service. * Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role, and at least 6 months in a call center virtual setting. * Availability for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST. * Availability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST. * A strong work ethic, effective time management, and the ability to work independently in a home office setting. **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A fully remote, work-from-home environment with paid training and ongoing professional development. * A competitive salary with sales commission/bonus opportunities and Holiday pay after 90 days of employment. * Full-time hours, with a 40-hour work week. * Paid Time Off, because rest isn't a reward – it's necessary for your wellbeing. * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, with arenaflex covering the cost of your premium. * Tuition Reimbursement, to help you achieve your career goals. * A Referral Program, with one of the most lucrative referral programs around. * Career Growth opportunities, with most of our senior leadership starting as agents and promoting from within. **What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment** To ensure your success in our remote environment, you'll need: * Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite, or cellular). * A minimum of 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload speed. * A ping rate of less than 100 ms. * A private workspace with a desk and chair, where surrounding noise cannot be heard or present during working hours. * The ability to be on webcam during working hours. **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, you matter.
