**Key Responsibilities**
As a live chat agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also providing a personalized and empathetic experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Providing concise and accurate information to customers via live chat
* Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
* Participating in on-the-job training and cross-training on other channels to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Engaging with customers in a meaningful and empathetic way, using your soft skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
**Qualifications**
