**Join our Remote Team as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent**
We're seeking an experienced and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team at arenaflex. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training will be provided)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

* The exact work schedule depends on the client that you're assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule, so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important
