You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more * Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly * Communicating with customers in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, and providing support in English as needed * Managing customer data and ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, and have a good command of English. You'll also need to be a flexible and dynamic individual who's able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include: * Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) * Good command of English (B2 level) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * A competitive salary of 1900,- Euros/Gross * Bonus up to 250,- Euros/Gross * Flexible work schedule * A job you can do from the comfort of your own home or from our office in Riga * A good health insurance that includes gym and dentistry * Paid mobile phone bill * Supportive and fun coworkers (if we do say so ourselves) **Working Hours and Location** The working hours for this role are 8.5 hours per day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM.
