We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Partner Integration Engineer, Mobile SDKs to join our remote team in US. The Partner Integration Engineer serves as a mobile development expert and technical liaison between the company and its partners or customers. Specializing in SDK integration and enablement, this role focuses on helping external engineering teams adopt, implement, and optimize the use of our SDKs, which are developed in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). This is a customer-facing role that blends strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and support skills, ensuring partners can successfully deliver integrated solutions based on our mobile SDKs.
This is a mainly remote role in US
✈️ The role may require occasional travel for meetings, industry conferences, and possible partnership engagements.
The estimated base salary for this role is about 120k to 170k/year (+ bonus), but it is negotiable based on your skills & experience.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Enablement & SDK Integration
• Guide partner engineers through the integration of iOS and Android SDKs.
• Provide code-level support, best practices, and troubleshooting during onboarding and production rollout.
• Review partner implementation and offer architectural guidance or refactoring suggestions where appropriate.
Partner Support & Communication
• Act as the primary technical contact for SDK-related questions and issues during pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing phases.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to developers of varying experience levels.
• Gather partner feedback and relay it to internal product and engineering teams to improve SDK functionality and usability.
Collaboration with Product & Engineering
• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to test SDKs, validate releases, and ensure partner-facing documentation is accurate and developer-friendly.
• Assist in debugging integration issues that may stem from partner-side environments.
Developer Experience Advocacy
• Champion improvements in developer experience, including better APIs, onboarding tools, and documentation.
• Create or contribute to technical content such as sample apps, tutorials, or integration guides.
Who Are We Looking For
• Mobile Development Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of both Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
• SDK Integration Experience: Prior experience helping customers or partners integrate third-party SDKs.
• Problem Solving: Ability to quickly debug and resolve integration issues in customer environments.
• Technical Communication: Able to explain complex topics clearly to external developers.
• Customer-Facing Mindset: Collaborative, responsive, and adaptable when working with partners or clients.
