[Remote] Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Consultant - Remote / Telecommute

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cynet Systems is seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Consultant to support their HRIS and HCM systems. The role involves configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules, performing system testing, and collaborating with HR and IT to enhance business processes. Responsibilities • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules end to end • Perform system testing, UAT support, data validation, and production stabilization • Troubleshoot functional and system issues across HCM modules • Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to support business requirements • Support release cycles, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements • Build and maintain HCM-related reports and analytics Skills • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, testing, and data validation • Strong functional expertise in Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and HRIS processes • Proven experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting, and post-production stabilization • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and external vendors • 6+ years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems • End-to-end experience with configuration, testing, and release support • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules end to end • Perform system testing, UAT support, data validation, and production stabilization • Troubleshoot functional and system issues across HCM modules • Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to support business requirements • Support release cycles, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements • Build and maintain HCM-related reports and analytics • Core HCM • Benefits Administration (life events, eligibility, enrollment, audits) • Absence Management (plans, accruals, work schedules, entitlement rules) • OTBI and BI Publisher reporting (analyses, dashboards, HCM analytics) • Learning (OLC) • Performance Management • Recruiting (ORC) • Onboarding and Help Desk modules • UAT support and production troubleshooting • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 1–2+ years of direct Oracle Fusion HCM experience preferred • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification • Experience supporting multiple HCM functional modules beyond core offerings • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred Company Overview • Headquartered in Washington DC Metro Area, Cynet Systems is a top talent supplier for companies across North America.
