Welcome to Montage Health’s application process! Job Description: The Pharmacy Data Analyst is responsible for data collection and analysis needs of pharmacy services. This individual provides direct operational control of pharmacy-related business analytics, ensures best practices are achieved and continuously addresses opportunities for improvement and optimization. The Pharmacy Data Analyst works closely with the PBM and Aspire Business Analytics for the information technology needs of pharmacy services, including but not limited to reporting and maintenance of the pharmacy services data. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide various reports to leadership to support daily operations in Medical Management Pharmacy. · Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to efficiently integrate and analyze data to communicate answers for data-driven questions. · Partner with Aspire Data Management to ensure information technology needs of the Medical Management Pharmacy team are met. · Develop and produce management reports to optimize quality and efficiency of pharmacy services. · Compile and analyze medical and pharmacy benefit drug data and trends for dashboard reporting and distribution. · Support analysis of cost-benefit strategies to optimize financial performance of benefit design across all lines of business. · Collaborate with other AHP departments to provide support for financial performance, quality and safety metrics, and cross-functional pharmacy-related initiatives. · Provide reporting on pharmacy and medical rebate data to ensure optimal rebate capture, claim exclusion review and rebate accruals. · Establish and maintain a centralized data and information hub for use by the Medical Management Pharmacy team. · Maintain pharmacy quality metrics and measures to ensure appropriate staffing levels and goal alignment. · Maintain regular attendance to effectively carry out essential job functions. · Review and meet ongoing competency requirements to maintain the skills, knowledge and abilities to perform role-specific functions. Experience 6 months of prior health system, health plan or PBM experience Pay rate: $38.42 per hour.
