[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Workers’ Compensation PAS Implementation - Fulltime/Permanent Position

ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Workers’ Compensation Policy Administration and Billing implementation for commercial P&C carriers. This role involves managing the delivery process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams from discovery through go-live. Responsibilities • Own delivery, SOW, financials, and integrated plan • Lead discovery, phased delivery, governance, and execution • Manage risks, dependencies, releases, and quality gates • Lead data migration, mock conversions, and production cutover • Act as executive client lead and run steering committees Skills • 10+ years leading large-scale software implementations (regulated environments preferred) • 5+ years delivering Commercial P&C solutions with strong Workers' Compensation experience • Proven SI-led PAS implementation experience from discovery to go-live • Expertise in planning, estimation, risk, dependencies, and change control • Experience with Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models • Hands-on experience with PAS platforms (policy, billing, integrations, reporting) • Strong executive-level communication and client management skills Company Overview • Since 2007, Active Soft, Inc.
