Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customers' inquiries and resolve issues via written communication channels, including chats, emails, and social media.
- Identify problem areas, flag them to the relevant teams, and collaborate on solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collect and track user feedback, working closely with product teams to address concerns and implement improvements.

Qualifications and Skills
