You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming calls in a polite and professional manner * Making outbound calls when necessary * Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving complex issues * Notating account information accurately * Researching for up-to-date information to resolve customer inquiries * Navigating our systems while engaging with customers on the phone **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent * Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish * Ability to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift * Strong customer service skills, with experience handling customer calls * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to resolve customer inquiries and escalate items as necessary in a timely manner with minimal supervision * Proficient with researching and resolving related inquiries * PC skills * Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment * Ability to identify and communicate process improvement to supervisor * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Other duties or tasks as assigned by management **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the finance industry **Rewards Designed for You** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations: California | Colorado | Jersey City, New Jersey | Maryland | New York State | Washington State.
