As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $25. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets to empower informed business decisions * Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources * Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from stakeholders to senior leadership * Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board * Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation * Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives * Present to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics * Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis * Proficiency in analysis software and applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong written and oral communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry * Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis * Microsoft Power BI * Microsoft Power Apps * Alteryx * Python/R * Automation * Income Information * Fundamental Accounting Information * Proficiency in analysis software and applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong written and oral communication skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong written and oral communication skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
