**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our pharmacy services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication
* Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus)
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
