Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Communications Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Communications Creation: Developing and implementing strategic communications plans that utilize various channels to engage agents and leaders, meeting stakeholder needs on both large-scale initiatives and short-term issues.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Acting as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives, working with partners to understand performance support needs, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Strategic Insights: Monitoring key performance indicators to develop actionable insights, best practices, and campaign strategies.
  • Storytelling: Utilizing your expertise in storytelling to convey comprehensive and compelling narratives through verbal and written communication.
  • Experience Design: Partnering to develop tools and processes that meet the needs of our agents and business, enhancing overall performance and customer experience.
  • Process Contribution: Contributing to the development of processes for agent messaging and communication materials, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on content performance, analyzing data to inform recommendations and plans for improvements.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
    • At least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.
    • At least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure the success of our remote workers, we require:

  • A secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
  • A reliable private internet connection (not supplied via cellular data or hotspot) with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred).
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network.
  • Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP), with hotspots and satellite services prohibited.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $88,100 - $100,500 for this role, depending on location and experience. You'll also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being, with eligibility varying based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level.
