Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as required by the role
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and be comfortable working in an environment subject to variable temperatures and weather

Our Operations Workflow

Our operations workflow is divided into three major components: First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile. The First Mile is where the product is housed and ready for order, the Middle Mile is where the order is hauled to our area, and the Last Mile is when the product is delivered to the customer's door. Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Comfortable working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
