Job Overview

The CXE Acquisition Team at arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and customer-obsessed sales specialist to drive the adoption of our Connect service among new customers. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering on new customer acquisition strategies, leveraging your expertise to articulate a compelling value proposition for the arenaflex Connect Service. Your primary objective will be to build executive relationships with customers, create strategic value, and advance sales opportunities through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate a compelling value proposition for the arenaflex Connect Service, highlighting its benefits and capabilities to prospective customers
  • Develop executive relationships with arenaflex customers and create strategic value by introducing and evangelizing the Connect service
  • Provide subject matter expertise to advance sales opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Initiate Immersion Days and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with technical account team members to demonstrate the value and capabilities of the arenaflex cloud to prospective customers
  • Research and identify new opportunities for arenaflex to innovate on behalf of our customers, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with account teams to provide customers with credit programs and assessment recommendations based on their business objectives and solution structure
  • Communicate lessons learned, service recommendations, and best practices to Connect leadership and service team members to continuously improve service and program offerings in alignment with customer requirements
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis, contributing to the growth and success of the arenaflex business
  • Travel approximately 10-15% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales and marketing activities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales for call center technologies
    • Presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
    • Track record of building rapport with C-level stakeholders and working with customer experience and call center professionals
    • Proven ability to build close relationships and close large revenue accounts
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Ability to develop and execute territory plans, leveraging market insights and customer data to drive sales growth
    • Experience helping customers develop a strategy for and deploy cloud-based call center solutions
    • Innate desire to learn new technology and business solutions, with a passion for developing compelling value propositions for customers
    • Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns and expand sales opportunities
    • Experience with cloud solutions, including sales, deployment, and management
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • MS or MBA, with a strong academic record and professional achievements
